Summary
This is a follow-up report providing information on the status of implementation of recommendations made in our 2020 Investigation Report under The Ombudsman Act on The Manitoba Human Rights Commission.
The purpose of recommendation monitoring is to track the public body’s progress on the accepted recommendations and to inform the public of the progress made. Our work supports transparency and promotes accountability in provincial public systems.
In this case, monitoring activities took place between August 2024 and January 2026.
Of the four recommendations made, one has been fully implemented and three have been partially implemented with progress made.
