Manitoba Ombudsman initiated an investigation into how Manitoba Sustainable Development (now Conservation and Climate) communicated soil test results showing elevated levels of lead and other toxic metals in the Dufresne neighbourhood of the south St. Boniface area in Winnipeg. Report monitoring information was added to the report in May 2022.
