Summary
A patient hospitalized at the Health Sciences Centre requested access to her file. The hospital failed to meet the 24-hour response time required by the LRMP. After a complaint was filed with our office, the hospital indicated it would provide a copy of the file and charge a $90.50 fee, which was later reduced to $25.
