Heather Brenan remained in Seven Oaks General Hospital (SOGH) from January 24, 2012 to
January 27, 2012 but was never admitted to a ward. She was discharged on January 27, 2012 at
10:35 p.m., arrived home in a taxi and dropped off in her back lane. She collapsed at her
home and was returned to the emergency department of SOGH on January 28, 2012 where she
died. Date of inquest report – December 29, 2015; Status of review – completed February 7,
