Recommendation Monitoring of the Inquest into the Death of Eric Clipping

Summary

Eric Clipping was treated on June 23, 1995 at the Health Sciences Centre (HSC) in Winnipeg after being found injured. He was then taken to the Main Street Project but transported back to the HSC where he underwent emergency surgery. He was later transferred to a nursing facility in Churchill, Manitoba, where he remained until his death on April 28, 1996. 

Date of inquest report – April 20, 2006; Status of review – completed October 21, 2008.
