Summary

In November 2011, we conducted a follow-up audit at MPI to reassess its compliance with time requirements in relation to the recommendations that were made in the 2010 timeliness audit report. This report provides an assessment of the implementation of the recommendations that were made in 2010. The Guideline on Time Frames for Processing a FIPPA Request that is referenced in Recommendation #2 above, is reproduced in Appendix A of this report. Our 2011 observations and findings indicate that MPI’s performance improved over the 2010 audit results.
