In conjunction with the May 1, 2010 proclamation of significant
amendments to The Personal Health Information Act (PHIA),
Manitoba Ombudsman together with Manitoba Health has produced a
brochure, "Health Information Access and Privacy: A Guide to The
Personal Health Information Act".
