Welcome to the web site of the Ombudsman Division of the Manitoba Ombudsman. Our role is to promote fairness and administrative accountability through the independent, objective and non-partisan investigation of complaints filed under The Ombudsman Act. These complaints may be related to any act, decision, recommendation or omission relating to a matter of administration, by any department or agency of the provincial government or a municipal government. This site is intended to provide you with information about our role and activities.
